• Account data: Name, email address, and hashed password when you register.
• Resume data: The PDF files you upload and the AI-parsed structured data (skills, experience, education).
• Usage data: Job searches, match scores, application activity, and feature usage for improving the service.
• Technical data: IP address (for rate limiting only), browser type, and error logs.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide AI-powered job matching and application generation.
• To authenticate your account and maintain your session.
• To send password reset emails (the only email we send).
• To improve the service through anonymized analytics and error tracking.

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted on Neon (cloud). Resume files are stored on Cloudflare R2. All data is encrypted in transit via TLS.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• AI provider (Groq) for resume parsing, job matching, and application generation. Your resume and job data are sent to this provider to generate results.
• Sentry for error tracking.
• Vercel for hosting.
• Neon for database hosting.
• Cloudflare R2 for file storage.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your resume at any time from the dashboard. Account deletion will remove all associated data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. Contact us at the email below for any data requests.

7. Cookies

We use session cookies for authentication only. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
